Our standard tour price of $5900 matches this tour with the BMW F650GS/2. A limited number of lowered F650' s with the low seat are available (seat height 765mm). The F800 is also a popular model, and we encourage guests to use the 650 or 800. Our experience is that unless you are 2-up, the 1200GS is too much bike for these roads, especially considering that we are carrying your luggage for you. The upgrade to the F800 is $595 over the base price. The upgrade to the R1200GS is $995 over the base price.

Accommodation is mostly in three and four star hotels and guest houses, and the price of the trip is based on double occupancy. The single supplement price is +$750.

Pillions are most welcome but recognize that 50% of the route is gravel of which parts may be not be ideal for 2-up riding. There will always be room in the chase vehicle for guests. The pillion (or non-rider) price is $4500.

These prices include the motorcycle, 13 nights accommodations, 13 breakfasts, 12 dinners, two guides, support vehicle, and luggage transportation. These prices do not include flights, fuel, alcohol, and items of a personal nature.

Shortly after the submission of this booking form, a representative of Renedian will contact you to discuss the trip, your application, and explain the payment options. A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of the request in order to secure confirmation. Payment can be done by cheques drawn on Canadian bank, money orders in Canadian dollars, wire transfer, or through the secured site of PayPal. Credit cards are accepted but processing fee will apply.

1. Booking This Tour
Upon submission of this form, a representative of Renedian Adventures Ltd will contact you by email or phone to discuss your application and the payment schedule. We recommend that you wait until your spot is confirmed on the tour before making non-refundable plans such as booking air flights.

2. Cancellations.
Written cancellations received by Renedian 90 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee; 89-60 days, will be subject to $500; 59-30 days will be 50% of tour price and 29 days or less will be subject to 100% of tour price.

3. Safety.
Limits on the Responsibility of Renedian Adventures Ltd: Renedian Adventures Ltd, its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns (collectively Renedian), does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel, motorcycle or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result Renedian is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

In addition and without limitation, Renedian is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. There are many inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury, or even death. These risks are increased by the fact that these trips take place in remote locations, far from medical facilities. Passenger assumes all such risks associated with participating in this trip.
